Aries Full Moon Sound Bath — Release, Recharge, Reclaim Your Fire
Crystal singing bowls, native flutes and cosmic tones beneath the Harvest Moon in Aries. Release, recharge, reclaim your fire is the whole of what this sound bath asks of you.
The Crimson Commuter holds this one, and the invitation could not be simpler. Lie back, breathe deep, and let two hours of sound and vibration move from head to toe.
Why the Aries full moon
Courage, identity and the raw spark of beginning again all belong to Aries. When its full moon arrives under the harvest sky, the version of you that has been shrinking, apologizing and dimming its own light can finally be set down. The fire sign asks one thing on a night like this: stop making yourself smaller.
- Release the self-doubt that has been speaking in your own voice.
- Recharge the part of you that has been running on empty.
- Reclaim the fire that was always yours.
Something ends here so something truer can begin. Phoenix work is the old shape burning away, and what rises is not a stranger. Whatever you have outgrown, whatever kept you quiet, whatever told you that you were too much or not enough, all of it goes to the flame.
The soundscape, across two full hours
- Crystal singing bowls, pure tones traveling through the body to quiet the mind and soften tension.
- Native flutes, warm earthy melodies that bring grounding and comfort.
- Steel tongue drum underneath it all, its rhythm gentle, anchoring you in the moment.
Included with every seat, at no extra cost
- Moon Reiki moves through the room while you rest, lunar-charged energy carried by hand to wherever the body is asking for it, deepening the release the sound has already begun.
- Quantum Balance Vortex Crystals form an energy field around you, working with color therapy to bathe the senses in light.
- Pleiadian Cosmic Healing Discs clear whatever feels heavy or stuck across the energy body.
- Acu-Aromatherapy brings essential oils to key acupressure points, where scent and touch open the body before the sound begins.
- Aura cleansing sprays move through the room and around each guest so you receive the session in clean air.
- Gentle aromatherapy carries the senses the whole way through, until the room itself has lifted into a warm, glowing calm.
Add-on: Fire Elemental Aura Spray
This one is for the guest who does not only want to release, but to relight. Made to call the fire element back into your field, it is misted over you before the bath begins and goes home with you afterward. Available to add on the night of the event, while supplies last.
What to bring
- Comfort items: a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket.
- Something to drink, in a water bottle.
- A willingness to relax, and an open heart.

What a sound bath is, if this is your first
You lie down. You stay dressed. You do not have to do anything, follow anything or believe anything. Sound and vibration move across the room and through the body for two hours while you rest. Sound baths are traditionally used to support relaxation, stress relief and a sense of calm and balance, and arriving is genuinely the whole of what is asked of you.
Seating and why it is six
Six is a deliberate cap, not a scheduling accident. Hands-on Moon Reiki during a sound session only works when the practitioner can reach every guest without breaking the sound. A larger room would mean the Reiki becomes ambient rather than individual, and that is the part people come back for.
Sound baths are traditionally used to support relaxation, stress relief and a sense of calm and balance. This session is not medical or mental health care, and nothing offered here diagnoses or treats any condition, and no outcome is promised.
