Reiki is a powerful energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, alleviates fatigue, and helps manage physical pain. A certified practitioner channels Universal Life Energy through their hands to restore balance across body, mind, and spirit.
The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). This gentle, non-invasive healing method has been practiced for thousands of years.
Delivery Methods
Reiki services are available through:
- In-Person Sessions: Traditional hands-on or hands-above healing in a peaceful setting
- Distance Healing: Remote energy sessions offered in the same format as in-person sessions
Both approaches follow the same format, as energy is not limited by physical distance.
