Mandelic Cleanser by Sotherm is a 6.7 oz. alpha hydroxy acid cleansing milk for skin that looks marked, congested or dull. Mandelic acid, derived from bitter almonds, has a larger molecule than glycolic acid, so it penetrates more slowly and acts more gently, which makes a daily acid workable on sensitive skin. An alpha hydroxy acid cleanser that combines the gentle exfoliating properties of mandelic acid with botanical cleansing agents for a daily resurfacing action. Mandelic acid, derived from bitter almonds, has a larger molecular size than glycolic acid, giving slower penetration and gentler action suitable for sensitive skin. This formula may support blemish-prone skin, a fading look of uneven pigment, and pores that stay clearer.

It removes dead skin cells, excess sebum and pollutants while delivering its exfoliating benefit with each use. Size 6.7 oz. Massage over damp skin morning and night, rinse, and follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen. It may suit occasional breakouts, an uneven skin tone, or the surface look of sun exposure. The mandelic acid concentration is optimized for daily use without over-exfoliation. For external use only.

How to Use This Product

Dispense small amount into palm. Add water to create light lather. Massage gently over dampened face and neck using circular motions, avoiding immediate eye area. Leave on skin for 30-60 seconds to allow mandelic acid to work. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use once daily initially (preferably evening) and increase to twice daily as skin adjusts. Reduce frequency if irritation occurs. Always apply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher during daytime as AHAs increase sun sensitivity. May tingle slightly upon first applications. Discontinue use one week before professional chemical peels or laser treatments.
