Peru keeps one time zone and does not observe daylight saving, so its clock is fixed all year. That leaves Lima one hour behind Michigan for most of the year and exactly level with us through the North American winter. Two in the afternoon in Lima is three in the afternoon here for much of the year, and the same hour in the winter months. Of every country on this page, this is the smallest time difference there is.

What Is Not Sent to a Peruvian Address
